REPORT UNDER THE CLAUSE 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30 JUNE 2003, N. 196

Under the clause 13 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 ‘Code on the protection of personal data’ we inform you that the personal information that we ask you to give in order to complete the purchase of the products available for sale on the website www.pi2bio.com (below ‘site’) of the farm Pi2Bio di Pierri Pietro (below Pi2Bio) will be processed for the purposes strictly necessary to and connected to the purchase. For such purposes data are necessary because without them we cannot meet your requests for purchase.

  1. Optional giving of data

Apart from the above mentioned indications, we ask the consent to the processing of your personal information for surveys to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction and to send advertising and promotional material of the products and the services of Pi2Bio. For such activity you could be contacted by email, and, for these purposes, giving your data is optional and occurs through the expression of a specific consent. If you do not give your consent we could not make you participate in those initiatives.

  1. Conditions of the processing of personal information

Your personal information will be processed on paper and magnetic tools using manual and computerized tools, adopting appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. Your information will not be communicated to other parties, nor be in any way publicized and only Pi2Bio as Owner and Person in Charge will know such personal information, as well as persons designated by the aforementioned Owners and Persons in Charge.

  1. Rights of the persons concerned

At any time in respect of the above mentioned persons you may exercise your rights under Clause 7 Legislative Decree 196/03, including the right to: obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data about you and to know the content and the origin; verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating or correction; request anonymously cancellation, transformation or block of the processed data in violation of law; oppose the processing of data in any case for legitimate reasons as well.
